The agreement
These terms cover use of Tollcast — the always-on voice agent, the draft queue, the Monday brief, and the admin surface you can use to edit them. They do not cover any third-party platform you reach via Tollcast; those carry their own terms.
Your account
You agree to give truthful sign-up information, to keep your password to yourself, and to use Tollcast for the business of drafting replies — not to scrape, resell, or generate a public dataset from it. The service is provided as-is, with the reliability targets described in the Security page, but without warranty beyond what your local consumer law requires.
Liability
We aren't liable for revenue lost because a draft misfired, and we can't be the arbiter of platform-specific takedowns — see the DMCA page for that workflow. The service is provided without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose beyond the consumer rights you already have.
Closing
Open /profile, scroll to the delete card, and confirm. We send a confirmation email within minutes; the cascade completes within 30 days.
