Preliminary draft — not attorney-approved

These pages are first-pass language and are not legal advice. They are written by the team to be honest and easy to read; consult your own counsel before relying on them in a contract. We'll mark the date each section was last revised at the top of the page.

AI disclosure

What gets drafted, what the human reviewer must approve before it ships, and what the Polsia AI proxy covers independently of this page.

Draft generation

AI-generated drafts need your sign-off

Every drafted reply is generated by an AI model. The draft lands in your queue at /queue for review. Recommend-only mode never creates a sendable action; approval-required mode may create a local draft; approved auto-stage still stops at a manual action because no platform write adapter is installed. Nothing is sent by Tollcast today.

Routing

What the Polsia AI proxy covers

Tollcast routes model calls through the Polsia AI proxy — a managed gateway that maps our outbound requests to a model provider. We forward the mention signal plus the voice-profile parameters needed to generate the response; we don't forward creator email, creator name, or third-party tokens.

The proxy is documented as not training on Tollcast traffic. We make no claim about incidental third-party caching that may happen at a model provider — if that's a concern, treat the inputs you paste at /voice as material that leaves this product at submit time.

Scoring against your voice

Why we score replies against your voice

Each draft is scored against your voice profile by the same model on the way back. The score is a 0–100 confidence number surfaced in the queue. The score is a signal — not a training event. It tells you (and the system) how on-voice the draft reads. Scoring does NOT change anything about the model or your data; it's a transparent signal that helps decide what stays in the queue.

When we won’t auto-draft

The "approval safety" floor

Tollcast's signing line is that creator policy is the ceiling. The /queue and /draft surfaces are the only place a local draft can become a manual action, and the kill switch disables new dispatch immediately without deleting queued drafts. There is no live monitoring, DM workflow, OAuth write access, or external send path in this repository.
