Designated agent

Our designated DMCA agent

Tollcast's designated DMCA agent is the team itself. Send takedown notices to:

tollcast@polsia.app

We respond to valid notices within two business days of receipt. The notice should include the work claimed, its location on our service, and the requester's contact details.

Procedure

What a takedown looks like

A valid DMCA notice includes (1) the copyrighted work claimed, (2) the URL or content reference at Tollcast, (3) the requester's name and contact, (4) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, and (5) a signature, physical or electronic. We forward the notice to the affected creator and request a counter notice if any user disputes the claim.

Counter notice

Disputing a takedown

If you believe a takedown is in error, send a counter notice to the same address with the original claim reference, your contact details, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the use is authorized. We forward the counter to the requester and restore the content in 10–14 days if the dispute isn't escalated.
